Refund Policy

Our customers deserve the best hence we strive to offer quality service for the products purchased. If you're having trouble with a CMSJunkie product or believe it is malfunctioning please submit a forum post or ticket to report your issue and our team will assist you as soon as possible. 

No returns / refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

  • completely non-functional.
  • you’ve posted a post on the support forum or the ticketing system but you didn't get any respond in 48h (business days only) from your purchase.
  • product description was fully misleading.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:

  • you have changed your mind about an item
  • you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was already downloaded by you
  • product was bought by one of yuor employees 
  • you refused to provide our support team with access to your website or requested details in order to investigate possible issues. 
  • you have not raised any issues with our forum or ticketing within the 7 days after purchase.

Please also note that:  

  • There are no refunds on installation services or any software that has been installed.
  • Refunds can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
