Mine is not working either. Consumers are leaving bad reviews. I didn't even notice that it hasn't been working for 2 days. Losing traffic drastically, the dropdown is no good.

Hi Herbert, do you have backup? I just uploaded and replaced the source files from the modules/mod_jbusiness_listings_search directory of the pre-version via ftp, it worked.

Hi Susanne, Are you referring to BackUp in WHM? If so i don't have it. I tried downloading the akeeba backup file via ftp but was unable to open it to look for the specific file that you mentioned.

Don't you have the latest download zip file of the pre-version of jbd? You could extract this and use the files inside.

Else you can leave me your E-Mail-adress here, I will get notified with it, and you can delete your adress after that. I will send you the files, no problem.

You should just rename the mod_listing-search folder on your server and uplad the folder from the old version. So you can jump back by renaming the folder again if something fails and try it again by replacing just single files.

Here is how you can extract Akeeba Backups:

https://www.akeebabackup.com/news/1724-akeeba-extract-wizard-has-been-discontinued.html

If you are using the ZIP archive format you can use PKZIP for Windows or WinZIP. These are the only two desktop applications which correctly support multi-part archives that adhere to the ZIP standard (a.k.a. the APPNOTE.TXT document). We also had success with 7-Zip. All other implementations use the InfoZIP library which does NOT support standards-compliant multi-part archives (InfoZIP uses its own, incompatible, multi-part ZIP specification). If you ever wondered why multipart archives are most likely to be RAR than ZIP, that's the reason: two incompatible standards for multi-part ZIP archives.

If you are using JPA or JPS (or simply not using Windows) you can always use Akeeba Kickstart to extract your backup archives. There are two ways to do that.

Most users will need to install a local development web server. The easiest way is to use XAMPP (Windows, Linux, macOS), MAMP (Windows, macOS) or WampServer (Windows). There are other similar solutions. Then you need to put the backup archive and Kickstart on the web root of your local server. Run Kicksart on your browser. DO NOT click the "Run the Installer" button. Just look at the web root of your local server. All your files are extracted.

E-Mail was blocked by gmail, so you can download it here. Please let me know if done, so I will remove it again.

https://... (file removed)

Rename the old folder (folder on your server NOW) from modules/mod_jbusiness_listings_search to modules/mod_jbusiness_listings_search_wrong or something like that

Upload the folder (subfolder of the zip) mod_jbusiness_listings_search to the right place.

Clear all cache including browsers.

Have fun :-)

Hi,

The dropdown issue has been fixed in 5.4.4 version. This will be shortly available on automatic updates.
