JHotelReservation Forum - Room Rate Not reflecting custom rates

I Have 4 Rooms  Configured with custom rates three work perfectly  The 4th   seems to be stuck at an old rate   The Rate does change and seems to reflect that there are changes but not by the amount specified.

Basically, the custom rates are  set at 70 and 72  but display  as  110 and 112. I cannot see that we have any extras enabled   I cannot figure out where the extra 40 is  any suggestions
