If pacackges are enablele all listings are show as Featured.

No matter if the Futures Business Linting option is switched on or off

All business listings are associated by default with the free package of type lifetime. Please check the free package features and make sure that Featured feature is not included.

I created new plan without  Featured Listing and all listings are still marked as  "Featured"

Please check all existing free packages to make sure that the featured feature is not included.
If the issue persists please create a ticket on our store and provide us Joomla admin access.
