I am getting three emails immediately after completing a payment.... first, 1)a signup thank you, then 2) an expired/cencalled, then 3) another signup thank you email.....
and even though the last email I received was another thank you/confirmation email, the account is not enabled, and I do not see any entries under "manage user subscriptions"
what could cause/fix this?
this is an example of the expired that comes 2nd.

Thank you Test Company
Update - this does not happen if I set "Continue to bill the subscriber for this amount on a recurring basis?" to YES
Unfortunately, I do not want to have this auto-attempt renewal, and am still wondering if you had any suggestions on the issue above...
Hi Casey,
For each subscription to a different subscriber PayPal creates a recurring payment profile. If the subscription is non-recurring, it creates a profile and it cancels it right away, because there are no more payments to receive. This is why you are not receiving the cancellation emials for the recurring subscription.
We'll have a look to see if there's a way to avoid the sending of Paypal cancellation emails.
