Joomla Paypal Subscription Forum - locked out!

When setting up and testing the joomla pro plugin - when joining as a pretend client and establishing an account
i go to log into the admin (joomlas backend) ad keep getting told

• You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.
?

why is this happening?
is it deleting my administrator account?
how can i prevent this happening
is there a way that i can reestablish this without having to reinstall the website database!

help me please!

Hi Ian,

You have been locked out because you used the admin account(email) for testing. The user access group for the admin user has changed to what you set in the subcsription plan. This is why you got locked out.

We recommend not using an admin account when testing. This will lock you out.

Please grant us access to your database via email and we'll restore your access.
