Joomla Templates - J-MyDirectory Template - add link in top2 position

hello, 
I would like to add menu link (no sub menu); but when I associate a module menu to the position Top2. The link is located in the middle (and not on the right) and it is way to big. How can I arrange that?

At the end I would like to do the grey bar a bit like this forum.
