J-ClassifiedsManager - Failure to display selected ad (expired)

Anyone know why ads that have just been published display as expired,
Process.
Start website: (presents home page, only featured ads displayed)
login or not ( same issue - menu reflects status correctly)
List all adverts (lists the advertisement according to the filters)
Click on image or title (opens advert displaying expired & sub-menu, no image, no text except the information no video) [/list-all-adverts?view=displayad&id=n]
where n = advert number (the [ ] backets are used to clarify not part of the address.
Selecting from the sub menu alongside:
Print page (provides a listing for printing)
Modify / Delete(opens and allows changes but no delete option, upon save gives a blank page.) [manage-adverts?view=createad}
Send to a friend (no response from click)
Report abuse (no response from click)
Latest Joomla 3.9 / PHP 7.0 / 7.1 / 7.2 (tested individually)
Sql database checked and optimized with error on datatime.
utf8Mb4_unicode_ci collation.
Database checks out as OK except a couple of already up-to-date, and notes are not analyzed.
Strange issue as once it displayed correctly, now back to old issue.
Error thrown is by Joomla:
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/classified/components/com_jclassifiedsmanager/views/displayad/tmpl/default.php on line 99
