Hi, when i am trying to edit categories or add stuff etc.. its just shows a blank backend with just top menu and nothing below it..

The problem is generated by k2 system plugin.
Please check -settings/?p=1 for the solution on this problem.

i did try the k2 fix, but the problem is in the back end as soon i as press edit in manage categories this happens

Have your replaced all occurances of JRequest::getVar("task")?

If the problem persists then another plugin must be causing the error. You can deactivate the system plugins (type = system) one by one to see which one is causing the problem.

Having the same issue.

Trying to save settings just shows a blank page. The Categories are also not editable and the frontend breaks the theme style.

Could you guys advise what to do?

Nevermind, seems it is fixed with the k2 changes, however what happens when k2 is updated? Do we need to keep doing this?

Unfortunately yes because the malfunction is not caused by our software. If it were we would have fixed it long time ago. 


Let us know if there's anything else. 

I've got the same problem. When I save an option in the admin panel screen goes blank.
