J-BusinessDirectory - Company logo image does not upload

When I browse and select an image for the logo (which is a jpg no larger than 100px x 100px) I just get the message "image not selected".

I am selecting an image from my computer but the selection does not complete. Can you please advise.

This is ussualy related to access rigths. Please check the folder joomla_root/administrator/components/com_jbusinessdirectory/assets/img to have write permission.

I've had a subscriber complain that they can't upload a logo image to their listing and asked for help. I've tried on the back end also, and it isn't working form me as admin either.

Kindly advise. I did find an old query and it referred to map co-ordinates which I have checked and input correctly, but the logo image still won't upload.
