J-BusinessDirectory - DB Error upon trying to update to JBD 5.8.12

So when I try to update to 5.8.12 J4 returns the following DB errors: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ' AND `null` = 'NO'' at line 1 also: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ' AND `null` = 'YES'' at line 1 

I have repaired the DB at cPanel, and attempted to use J4 to 'Update Structure' but no luck...

Any help will be appreciated....

Please click on the fix database button in the J-BusinessDirectory general settings and then perform the installation again.
