How long does it take to respond to tickets?
I have two open tickets, and no responses?
How long does it take for "support" to respond? Kind of not impressed.

Depends but try to "Escalate" could work faster?
How long time you not get response?

Hi,
The official reposonse time for a ticket is 24h.
Usually we respong in a few hours but with the new release the support was a little delayed.
