J-BusinessDirectory - I cannot download even though I have an active subscription

I have not been able to download even though I have an active subscription.

I submitted a support ticket since April, no one responded to the support ticket.

I paid for 6 months subscription in Feb. I still cannot download

 

Can you help with this?
