J-BusinessDirectory - J Business Directory Quickstart

Hi,  

I have purchased the J Directory add in and J Directory Template.  It says somewhere that I should have a quickstart package for these 2 items that I can use to install.  In my downloads, there is not a quickstart package for either of these items.  Any idea where I download or create the quickstart package?
