J-BusinessDirectory - JBusinessDirectory_3.5.1 update issues

Under Application Setting > General settings none of my changes take affect because after clicking on save the whole admin Application Setting goes blank, any suggestions as to what my be causing this? I am on a new joomla 3.3.0 install.
