JHotelReservation Forum - unable to delete Cancelled reservations

I have 2 bad problems.  A visitor came to my site, made a reservation for 1 room type completed that and wanted to reserve a different kind of room.  The system can't allow him to do that.  Its almost like it sees his email address in the system and does not allow new. 

The reservation were for the same exact dates.

I went to joomla back end and cancelled the initial reservation, problem now I cant delete the reservation once its in cancelled status.  So I went to mysql database back end and deleted it the & customer was now able to make his reservation.

Based on this, the system should allow you to make as many reservations for different rooms as desired regardless of the fact that you have other active ones.  yes not?

Yes, you are right, there shouldn't be a ny limitations in terms of reservations. Also the admin should be able to delete a reservation at any time.

We will modify these behaviours and get back to you with a new version. We'll keep you posted.
