J-BusinessDirectory - Beta testing - Offers in package is set on 0 but enabled on front end

In package "basic" I set the limit of offers to zero. In front end offers are enabled and displayed with a green check icon:

Check the Package Features from the FREE package and eliminate the Business Offers from Features.
