J-HotelPortal Forum - HTTP 500.0 Internal Server

Hi, when installing the extension, i get this:

HTTP 500.0 - Internal Server Issue

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout

On the server's root, there's a web.config (I didn't change anything in here, as this was there by the bost) and web.config.txt (from Joomla installation files). Could this be an issue? Can someone please help?
