completely non-functional.
you’ve posted a post on the support forum or the ticketing system but you didn't get any respond in 48h (business days only) from your purchase.
product description was fully misleading.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:
you have changed your mind about an item
you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was already downloaded by you
product was bought by one of yuor employees
you refused to provide our support team with access to your website or requested details in order to investigate possible issues.
you have not raised any issues with our forum or ticketing within the 7 days after purchase.
