Hi,

We can see an error in the map init Google Maps API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError
In your API account set the referrer for the created key to *ellevantealmeriense.es/*
This way it matches all urls on your domain.

You also have to activate  from your API account.

Thank you very much, problem solved, I had activated Google Static Maps, a luxury support, very happy buying this component.

I have 2 sites using jBusiness Directory. Both tell me I have the most current version even though the older one has 4.4.5 which I know is NOT current. However, the maps still work on this version so I won't be upgrading until it gets sorted on the other one. I followed your instructions above, but maps will not display. Using my page builder I have a map displaying correctly using the same key (before having to register a domain or enable static maps - something which I now have done). www.santapaulaairport.com

Hi,

The possibility to enter the map key has been introduced starting with version 4.5.0. You can download the 4.5.2 version from your store account.
The currect error on your site is

which means that the key is not entered on not well configured.

I already had 4.5.1 installed and installing 4.5.2 did not correct the problem. This key is being used without issue on other products needing it. I do not understand the convoluted requirements your product needs to accomplish displaying a map. I have entered the key in the field under General Settings | Frontend | Map. Though, as already mentioned, no other product requires it, I enabled static maps, though the API key is made through the Javascript API link. I did not add the domain as this is not necessarily the right thing to do if you manage multiple sites like I do. As per Google's own words: "Accept requests from these HTTP referrers (web sites) (Optional) Use asterisks for wildcards. If you leave this blank, requests will be accepted from any referrer. Be sure to add referrers before using this key in production." Still, no map is displayed though the previous warning is gone.

I get this error and I'm confused with it. I got the google map key but I still get this.

Sorry! Something went wrong.

This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

Hi,

After creating the browser key on your API Dashboard you need also to enable the services. You have to go to your API Manager overview screen and enable following service:

  • Google Maps JavaScript API
  • Google Static Maps API
  • Google Places API Web Service

Thank you so much! it instantly solved the problem! God Bless!

Google Places API Web Service = Google Map Key will instantly solve the problem

Those 3 are already enabled - no map.
