J-BusinessDirectory - 4.3.0 BETA installation

Hello,

You have uploaded a 4.3.0 beta version, but it is not visible through update section of Joomla. How do we update it manually, do we need to just install it over the existing installation? Whats the best and safest way?

The version is not available on automatic update yet. You will have to update it manually. Please notice that if you update all your files will be overwritten and all the custom changes will be lost.

Hi George, can you clarify your statement "Please notice that if you update all your files will be overwritten and all the custom changes will be lost."  Do you mean any changes to the component files, OR do you mean any/all of the settings available through the Joomla Admin area?

"Please notice that if you update all your files will be overwritten and all the custom changes will be lost means that all directory extension will be overwritten with the latest version. If you have done some changes to the files they will be lost. All database and settings will be preserved.
