J-BusinessDirectory - Ad call up from business listing

I was wondering if I have ads from clients that I only want to appear when a word or a phrase is used, like the joomla ones, if there are for instance hardware stores listed in my directory and I have a client that has a hardware store and wants his ad to only show when hardware stores shown, am I able to have that ad come up when the hardware stores are shown . If so what is the best way to go about this.
