J-BusinessDirectory - Address Book

I am using the JbusinessDirectory as an addressbook.  I need to sort alphabetically the people. But the alphabet does not work proprely.

Instead of displaying people's name starting with T, it displays people's surname.

Can you tell me what to do pls ? Thks

The business listings are sorted based on the first letter. It does not take into consideration if it's the first name or the last name.
