Hi Gaetano,
Please make sure you've inputed the GPS coordinates correctly. If that's not the case please send us the the Joomla login via email.

We've tested this functionality on our servers and it's working fine. The problem you're experiencing is related to your envinronment/settings, hence we need access to your website to analyze the issue. Let us know when your website is public.
