J-BusinessDirectory - Businesses do not show up when packages are enabled

I have entered 3 companies into the J-Directory and none of them show up when the packages are enabled.

I have set them all to a higher package level than the default, so it seems that they should be visible. 
http://96.30.35.234/~mantenoc/index.php is where the site is currently at as it has not yet gone live. However, we are supposed to go live with the website tommorrow, but are not going to make that deadline if we are unable to get this component to work properly. :(
Please help us out.

If the package price is higher than 0 an order must be generated for each company and the order must be paid.
