J-BusinessDirectory - Can't add business due to required 'Main Category' field

When attempting to 'add a business' the input form gets hung up on the 'Main Category' field. It won't save as it's a mandatory field with no (apparent) way to add anything to the field.

Joomla version: 4.27

J-Business version: 5.8.2

Databases updated... 

...not sure what elst to do :-)

Have you choosen category before in that field above? I know this is wrong order but hope this can be fixed next update?

Most probably there is a javascript error on the page. Please try to clear the browser cache and check the console for any error.
