J-BusinessDirectory - Category Images

I've added several new business categories and want to add an image for each.  I'm presented with an image upload option and have chosen images, but the script shows they are "loading", but then never appear.

I'm a new JDirectory customer,  Please advise.  I've searched the forum and documentaion.

I'm running 5.1.2.  I've tried on a MAC and Windows PC.  Using Explorer, Chrome and Safari.  I get to the point that I see the "loading" and it stops.  No image.  Could I be missing a setting in Joomla that is limiting it?

It looks like the upload is restricted. Please open a ticket and send us your Joomla login. We'll look into it asap.

i have the same problem. i only can see loading and the picture is not in the category.

im also having this problem and haven't heard back from anyone in the support ticket area for over 5 weeks, even though i've escalated the ticket.

I'd really appreciate a response please (to all of the issues listed in the support ticket).

We've taken care of this as of our 5.1.5 release. Please let us know if the issue still persists after the update. 

great- thank you! When I click on discover updates within Joomla it doesn't show any available. Do i need to manually download and install? thanks
