Change 'Zip code' to 'Postcode' in search module
Hi,
I'm using this for a UK directory and so would like to change the word 'ZIP code' to 'postcode' in the search module.
Please advise how to do this, or perhaps provide an option in the module settings to edit the text in that search box?

Hi,
You can change the naming in the language file. You can edit the language file in the Application Settings on the language tab.

I have many overrides in my lang .ini and a few other files. Every time a new release comes out I compare my overrides with the new files using WinMerge and either move the changes to my files or my changes to the new files. Whichever is easier.
Does JBD remember the overrides when it's changed in the General Settings>Language after updating versions?

Hi,
You can define your overrides in the custom section when in Application Settings, Language Tab. This way future update won't override your modifications

Good to know. At this point though I have too many overrides and use to my workflow during updates.
