I there an alert of some sort when a business has been claimed ?

If you have the email setup properly, you should receive an email saying the business has been claimed.

Currently there's no notifications when a business has been claimed. There is a notification that was sent out when a claim has been approved or denied.

Currently when a business listing is successfully claimed an email is sent to directory admin (the email that is sent on general settings of directory extension)
