J-BusinessDirectory - Claim Business Not Disabled

Hello Again. You are probably getting tired of all my questions.  I have noticed that the claim business option is not disabled in the front end even though I have disabled it in the Front End Settings.

We have checked this on our server and it's working. Please check if the Enable Claim Business setting is set to no after saving. If you have done an update, maybe the sql's were not run.

This is a fresh install. I have checked and double checked that the option is set to no. Yet it still shows up in the control panel when either I log in as the admin or use a test login user.
