Contact / Message business listing does not send email and redirect is wrong - it goes to home page menu item and the content is blank ??

Other email notices from J-BusinessDirectory are send OK, such as 'New Business Listing' and 'Your business listing was approved' and 'A new review has been posted for your business listing'
