J-BusinessDirectory - Control Panel > Remove 'Orders' and amend the 'State' text

Hi,

Is there a way to remove the 'Orders' feature from showing within the front end Control Panel for JBusiness Directory?

Also, can we change the State text which is shown, from e.g. Pending to Submitted?

Is there also a way we can remove entirely, or reduce the number of currencies available to choose when adding an event?
