I am going to be importing a csv that contains about 150 businesses.  I don't see a column for "radius".  How will I insert the radius?

Less important:  why are there two "postal_code" columns in the CSV file?

Hi Soren,

Please find our answers bellow.

1) In business listing csv, how do I input "radius". If not, how would I do it?
The radius is not available for import at the moment. This field is used to define the listing activity area and is used for for search by activity radius.
If you need it we can modify the system to include it.

2) Will the import automatically calculate latitude/longitude? If not, how would I do it?
Yes, it will automatically calculate the coordinates if map key is set on general settings and postal_code is present.

3) Why are there two columns for postal_code?
There should not be 2 columns for postal_code. It has been added by mistake.

4) If more than one category, do I just put a comma between them?
yes, and no space.

5) What is the difference between "contact_email" and "email"?
Email is the email of the listing, and contact_email is the email for listing contact person.

6) Do I need to keep the columns in the same order as the exported file - or can I rearrange to make data entry easier?
No, the order is not important.

7) Is it possible (and how) to create URLs for the listing pages for specific categories, zip codes, etc?
You can create URLs for categories and cities .
www.site.com/category_alias
www.site.com/city/city_name

8) Are there optimal dimensions of the logo image and cover image?
The optimal proportion for logo image is 16:9.
For the cover image the size should be 1100px x  270 px

9) Any recommendations to keep website running as fast as possible?
Activate Joomla cache.
