J-BusinessDirectory - Description field and packages issue

I feel it makes quite a nice package offer for the higher packages only, to offer the long description. The short listing description is enough for a free listing.

However, the long description field doesn't seem to work at all unless it is first included on the lowest package (I am using three packages in total and wanted the description field on 2 and 3 but not one).

Option is to create page in SP Page Builder and use the button links same as the one used in the JBD package page.

SP Page Builder has also standard add-on for package.

After I wrote a previous reply I saw that you seemed to have misunderstood my original post. Rather what I was describing is to do with the logic of the script in that it seems to have an error in it. Specifically, that the long description *has* to be included in the lowest package - or - if the long description is included in higher packages (but no the lowest package), it won't work (i.e. the long description doesn't display on the actual site even though the field has info in it). I hope this clarifies things for you. Please, if you can lmk.

The description features should not be included in the lowest package in order to be enabled for the higher packages.
The important thing with the packages is to order them based on the priority.
If you face any issues with it please create a ticket on our store.
