Does anyone know what Manage business articles is for?

I see this is an option now for menu types, but when I click add new article I get this error

ERROR
Create record not permitted.

I assume this is going to be for a new feature unless someone else knows something else.

Check your Joomla ACL settings. This letting your business users create articles directly to your Joomla site and set up with correct Joomla ACL and also shown on their pages.

Thank you so much! I set my user to author privilege and was able to post an article.

I guess I have to set paid users as Authors as default for this to work out the box.

I only see a few issues ill need to correct 

1) Gives access to front-end users to use JCE HTML editor. I seem to have all the correct permissions on that so they can't do any easy exploits but the buttons at the bottom of the editor such as "insert module" "Contact" "Image" and "Menu".

2) The page the add new article button brings you too is the websites default home page in the default template with the JCE Editor. DOes anyone know how to stop this behavior? I want it to bring to a page with just the header foot and the editor not everything else so that have to scale to get to the editor.

if anyone else experienced this I fixed the #2 issue by adding a hidden menu item as the default Joomla Add Article and set the template I wanted and then the Jbusinessdirectory menu item was fixed with the correct template.
