J-BusinessDirectory - Editors-XTD not showing

While I am in J-BusinessDirectory - Edit Business, the editor does not show editor buttons. Is there a specific setting that will make them appear?

Shortcodes do not work either.

This is happening in both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

The directory extension uses the default Joomla editor that is set on general configuration.  There are no settings for editor in the directory extension.
Shortcodes are not working for the business listings.
