J-BusinessDirectory - Field Categories for uploading csv file

What are the fields and order of fields needed to upload businesses by csv?

Hi,

The mandatory fields are category, subcategories, name.

The fields can be in any order.

Ok...So I have that set up correctly but for some reason when I upload the businesses with a csv file it shows that they are uploaded but it doesn't list the business names on the back end where it should. It shows that there are businesses but the names and all information is blank.
