J-BusinessDirectory - Google map disappeared

After creating a Google Map API, and activating, as described in the manual:

Google Maps JavaScript API
Google Static Maps API
Google Places API Web Service

I entered the API key in the backend, but now my site kiddu.de is not showing the Google map at all. What went wrong?

We have checked your site and the map is shown but the listings are not shown anymore.
Most probably you have enabled the packages on general settings.

actually, I have deleted all the listings that were pre-installed. Is that why the map is not showing? What exactly do you mean with "enabled the packages in General settings? The tab "BusinessListings" "Enable packages"? This is set to "No", I made no changes there.

One general question: if I have a problem, would you prefer for me to create a forum post or a support ticket?

after deleting the demo listings, I was unable to create new listings because I could not define their location on the map.

After importing the basic data for new business listings (street address, zip code, city, country, phone number, email), will the listings show in Google maps before they are claimed by their owners?

If the location is not defined then the markers will not be shown. The location is automatically completed by using autocomplete address field on the address section.
For general questions, we prefer to use the forum. If you have an issue that cannot be fixed on the forum it is better to create a ticket.

For current situation please create a ticket on our store and provide us Joomla admin access. We have to check your configuration in order to see why the listings are not shown.
