J-BusinessDirectory - How can I select types of payment plans?

In the documentation for JBusinessDirectory, in the section "How to" - "How to setup a package", the documentation explains that there are 4 types of payment plans (attached image):

a. Lifetime
b. Fixed Period
c. Recurring
d. Recurring with trial

I have the packages activated, but I can not find where these 4 types of payment plans are, since I am especially interested in "Recurring with trial".

When I create a new package, the only options I have enabled are the ones shown in the attached image.

Where can I find these 4 types of payment plans?
