J-BusinessDirectory - How to show only subcategories?

In my particular use, in the search dropdown, we need to show only the subcategories, not 'All' or the only parent category. (Many business belong to more than one subcategory and it doesn't seem otherwise feasible to make a business belong to more than one category, e.g. a restaurant and a hardware store.) In my use case, I only want the user to pick from a list of the available subcategories - restaurants, hardware, blades sharpened, etc.

You can select the categories that you want to have available on front-end from the module settings.
