I have just had a business submitted to the directory.
Also the map is not locating automattically in admin It has to be done manually. I also had a submitter complaining he was having problems aswell and losing what he had put in the field on submission form.
Any ideas.

For the image issue please check if pictures folder and subfolders have write permissions {joomla}/media/com_jbusinessdirectory/pictues.
Also if you are using AdminTool you have to allow direct access to some specific files. On admin tool on Allow direct access to these files section you have to add
components/com_jbusinessdirectory/assets/upload.php
components/com_jbusinessdirectory/assets/remove.php
components/com_jbusinessdirectory/assets/uploadFile.php
For map issue:

You can now enter a key in the General Settings->Front end tab->Map Section->Google Map Key.
After creating the browser key on your API Dashboard you need also to enable the services. You have to go to your API Manager overview screen and enable following service:
For Google map key-zipcode you have to set a map key that has no restriction and no referrer. This key will not be public on the website and it will be used for zip code translation to map coordinates.

I have checked my key and image folders, and I am not using Admin Tools
