J-BusinessDirectory - Import populate categories by CSV file? How?

Hi I want to know how you populate import a business ( event, offers,..) CSV for listing categories? categories and subcategories

** This is very important so you can make your own categories consistent and fast..pls pls help with this

The import categories is separated from the listings import.
