J-BusinessDirectory - SUGGESTION: Improved image processing & uploading

We would love to see better image processing in JBusinessDirectory:

• Better drag & drop concept

• Image edit options (like Google+ -> resize, crop, move ...)

• Save as different size concept (small, medium, large, orginial)

Anyone else ?

I just logged the same suggestion recently about altering the size of the logo. I was told it can't be done an no one else has ever requested it which i found quite surprising. Please J Directory, you should be able to change the size of the images, can you please add this as a future enhancment.

I'm sure this is not impossible but rather just not a logical priority for the CMS Junkie team... They have a good product which needs to evolve ASAP! That beibg said, they seem to be doing that so i'm hopeful and patient ;-) I'm anxious to see this type of improvement and hope they will consider it soon even though it's of secondary level in importance. But for now, personally, i'd prefer seing things like "Offer types" and a better approach to geotargetting (based on GeoIP). This would greatly improve thir product (i've suggested it in other posts ;-))

We are always open to suggestions and try to implement as many things as possible.
We will release a new version 4.5.5 with a new template tomorrow with some design improvements.

Also we will release version 4.6.0 next week which has a lot of new features.
Image processing and map improvements are our next priorities among others on version 4.7.0.

A few months past tus opening this thread. We recently upgraded to 4.6 and still don't see any improvements to the image editing capabilities (in the backend admin interface).

Has this been swooped of the priorities list ?
