J-BusinessDirectory - Install j-business directory "Internal Server Error"

if I install j-business directory i get error during installation, internal server error 500. 
How can i upload /install this extension.

The extension can be installed like a regular extension.

The problem that you face can be caused by:

1. Upload limit on your server. Usually there is a upload limit of 2 MB and our extension has with demo data 4MB.

2. You try to install the quickstart as a regular extension. Quickstart is a Joomla installation kit that has to be installed like Joomla, not in Joomla.
