When we try to update the package through the control panel it returns a blank page.

Hi,
Maybe you have "upload_max_filesize" from php ini with a small value. Try to upload the file in {joomla}/tmp folder, unzip it and then install it from joomla-back-end using "Install from Folder"

I am referring to the plan update and not the component update.

I discovered the problem.
If the company is pending, you can not change the plan.

Hi,
This behavior is usually caused by a 3rd party plugin which is overriding the return path leading to some issues.
