Hi,
Updated to JBD 5.3.3 and received an error. See attached image.
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'column_mode'
Extension Update: SQL error processing query: DB function failed with error number 1060
Duplicate column name 'column_mode'
SQL =
ALTER TABLE '#__jbusinessdirectory_payment_processor_fields
ADD COLUMN 'column_mode' tinyint(1) DEFAULT 1;
Plus I was expecting the map to be fixed. That is still not showing. A problem since JBD 5.3.2 update.
Hi,
Please access the directory genera settings and click on fix database button.
After the fix is done please try to install the extension again.
Something happend with the map markers size on map(s) and they become bigger and doesnt look nice now.
Pls check why this happend with the latest update for map markers and OpenStreetMap.
Actually JBD update is big and it usally times out and when I click eith the Refresh (F5) button or Back button the error is there.
The map is not visible on the homepage since update to JBD 5.3.2. Not even after updating to 5.3.3
Hi,
For update, you can use the smaller size archive, which is about 10MB.
@ssnobben - we are handling it now.
Hi,
The markers issue has been fixed.
Thanks seems fixed now but not like the icon type :)
@ Amy Christian check with your host how "Resource Limit" affect your Joomla site and so you can increase the php.ini settings so you nave more memory and also post use something like
post_max_size = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
max_execution_time = 5000
max_input_time = 280
memory_limit = 512M
display_errors = Off
max_input_vars = 15000
session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440
sort_buffer_size = 64M
this for your user.ini, php.in or htaccess file in root depending how your hosting allow you to laborate with this.
They are normally tricky about this to let you change these settings bcs that affect their hosting performance overall.
The map is not yet showing after update to 5.3.2 & 5.3.3. Does the map module have to be updated?
Hi,
The update has not been done successfully and there were some javascript errors present on the website.
They are fixed now.
Thank you.
