J-BusinessDirectory - JBD 5.9.2 - can't add companies to the "Participating Companies"

Hi all,

JBD 5.9.2 – In the back-end event detail management section, I’m unable to add companies to the "Participating Companies" field.

Please help.

It doesnt work on frontend either?

I guess you have another company/user then on front end that join that event and register there? The backend search should load other register companies that are in the business listing on your site and I guess also you can not register to your own event as particpant if you are the one holding the event..

And if you can not add another listed company there in backend it must be a bug to report.

In the back-end, I checked all companies under "Participating Companies" – but it couldn’t even save the company included in the sample installation.

I’m using Joomla 5.2.x – and I’ve also tested it with Joomla’s default installation, but the issue still persists.

This issue didn’t just appear in version V_5.9.2; it has been present since V_5.8.25, but I haven’t seen anyone else reporting the same problem.

Could it be that I haven’t configured JBD correctly?

It seems that there is a bug on Participating Companies functionality. 
We will include a fix in the 5.9.3 version that will be released in the next days.
