Hello.Regarding business hours, the notation of 00:00:00 is not common, so I would like to change it to 00:00, is there any way?

Yes hope this will be updated in next version and also the business service booking date problem that can not be set after midnight for setting up a business service option.

Here what I mean "Services" http://demo.cmsjunkie.com/j-businessdirectory/templates.php?template=j-network and to set up a time after midnight doesnt work.
