J-BusinessDirectory - jQuery issues with packages

I have logged a ticket on the 11th and am waiting for a reply but was wondering if anyone else has the same or similar issue and found a fix.

I use the latest J-BusinessDirecotry ver 5.12 and the latest Maximenu CK version. 

Business listing page set to use tabs and it shows the tabs but everything is on one page. The image and attachement upload buttons do nothing and the address auto locate doesnt work.

After lots of testing the following was found:

Maximenu module enabled, packages with either image upload or attachment upload dont work.
Maximenu module enabled, packges with neither image upload nor attachment upload enabled work fine.
Maximenu module not loaded all packages work fine.
Everything works fine up to J-BusinessDirectory version 4.97 and these issues only start from version 5.01

On contacting Maximenu support the had a look and said it looked like a problem with jQuery. J-BusinessDirectory uses a more recent jQuery-ui version but their file is overridden by the one loaded by Joomla because it is called later.
There is nothing to do with Maximenu CK here, except the fact that Maximenu CK needs the jQuery from Joomla and use the API to load it in the page which is why there are problems when the Maximenu module is enabled.
