J-BusinessDirectory - Jsitemap Pro module Question

Support Forum

Purchased Jsitemap Pro yesterday and can't figure out how to install the Jbusiness Directory plugin Data Source. Usually it would show up in the Data Source wizard.  Do I install the addon in jbusiness directories upload on the dashboard main page? plg_jmap_jbd.zip

Yes I think this is also a support question for John D at Storextension Jsitemap dev. He is nice and quick with support there...check the attached manual pdf too you get..

pls let us know how it goes and Jsitemap is great with JBD.

Figured it out, and it works really well. You installed the plugin in the JSitemap pro section of the software.  Go to components, JSitemap Pro, then Wizard Data Sources. Go to the bottom of that page to Plugin Data Sources and click on it. Then you can choose file. That's where you upload it, then just go back and do it for the 3 other files that come with the plug in for Categories, Directory and Listings.  Then I renamed them to match the directory I am building but you can see what it looks like here https://realestateagentsaz.com/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap

Some areas will not show up until for example, you put a listing in or a category in.

Not sure yet why it has the old categories now that I have new ones but will post more when I figure it out and fix it.

Nice plugin enhancement.

Hi David, where did you find this file plg_jmap_jbd.zip?  I have not had any success locating it

Should be in the package and then as instruction here you can upload and configured it by the component Jsitemap. Also have AI chatGPT features now also including pictures :) you can have different "design" multilangauges of your sitemap too. one example: https://www.whattodo.com/en/site-map-what-to-do

Thanks.  I thought it was a part of the JBD files.  I found it when I went back and looked at the JSiteMap Pro Files.  Found and uploaded.  The sitemap now incorporates all the listings.

Great it worked for you. Yes I like John Daglemore that is dev of his Joomla extension like Jsite map and other very good ones too.
